This hand thrown studio pottery piece is finished in earth-tone colors of beige, browns and soft blue. A beautifully designed pottery votive holder that gives off a lovely light pattern when lit.
Catherine "Dodie" Cariaso, was a Colorado-based studio artist known for her distinctive handmade stoneware pottery. Her pieces often feature carved or incised designs and are signed with "Cariaso". Her work is characterized by hand-carved or incised floral, leaf, or other decorative patterns, often glazed in natural, earthy tones.
