Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you do custom designs?
Yes! I would love to make a custom order for you! Please contact me and I'll be happy to get back to you with fabric options after a trip to my local fabric store or paint/stain options for signs. Please note: custom orders will take up to 4-6 weeks to complete and ship (I also work full time so I only have nights and weekends to craft).
My order is a gift. Can you include a message with the parcel?
Yes that's no problem! Include your message in the notes during checkout and I'll put it on a card for you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Optional gift wrapping is also available (choose the gift wrap option during checkout).
How long will it take to send my order?
All in stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Custom items will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of purchase.
